      • What is order?

        Online ordering is the process of submitting an order for physical items – e.g. food or clothes – over the internet before receiving them. You can place an order on a smartphone or computer, in an app or browser.

        To place an order, you can:
        • Find the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart
        • Enter your name, address, and telephone number (you can check out as a Gust or Registered Customer)
        • Enter your Shipping and Billing address.
        • You will get the order confirmation notifications with order number.
        • And your order has been placed sucessfully.
        • You are able to track your order by order number and you will get notifications every steps by steps to receive your oder.
        Once you place an order, the our system checks the your (customer's) delivery pin code and directs the order to the warehouse that has the product in stock and is closest to that location.
        The order processing steps are:Picking, Packing, Shipping. After you will receive the order by carried or you can pick up your order form our pick up point.

    • Shipping Inquiry

      Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline "usa-angel.com" ships all items the same day of receiving the order. We provide a shipping tracking number also. So you can track your product. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

      • How much does delivery and returns cost?

        Delivery costs absolutely nothing. Return shipping is also FREE OF CHARGE. This means that you only ever pay the price shown on our website.

      • What are my delivery options?

        You can choose between two delivery methods: home delivery or delivery to a pick-up point.

        Home delivery is the standard delivery option, with the parcel being delivered to the address of your choice. This could be your billing address or another address (such as your work address). You will have the option to specify this address during the order process.

        As part of our partnership with Hermes, we are pleased to also be able to offer delivery to any Hermes ParcelShop of your choice from a UK-wide network. The ParcelShops are located in corner shops, supermarkets or newsagents near you and are open from early until late, usually at least six days per week, allowing you to collect your parcel at your own convenience. Once they have your parcel, you will receive an SMS notification – all you need to bring with you is some ID.

        During the order process you will be given the option of home delivery or delivery to a ParcelShop. Both options are of course completely free of charge.

      • Do you offer express delivery?

        Yes, we do! Say hello to express delivery with DHL Express. For £4.95, your desired products can be with you within 1 day of your order leaving our warehouse if you order until midday. Simply select express delivery in the checkout when placing your order.

        • Express delivery is now available for multi item orders. At the moment, in specific situations, this service may not always be available on all multi item orders. The service is also not available for partner products.
        • We offer this service to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Express deliveries cannot be sent to pick-up points. We are unable to provide express delivery to some postcodes. Click here for a list of postcodes excluded from the express delivery option.
        • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
        • You can use the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal and gift vouchers
        • Check the status of your expedited delivery by logging into your customer account
        • If the DHL express courier doesn’t reach you on their first delivery attempt, they will leave a note in your letter box. Follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery with DHL
        • If you place an order early in the day (before 12pm), you will receive your products 1 day after they leave our warehouse. The estimated delivery is displayed in the checkout when placing your order. For some postcodes delivery may take longer; you will be made aware of this at the checkout.
        • If you would like to return an order made by express delivery, just follow the instructions in our returns section .
        • If you return your items, the express shipping costs will not be refunded.

    • Return Policy

      We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of the items you received and would like to return them.

      30 Days Return Policy:

      Return the item within 30 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund, provided the item is in the box, and in the original condition. If we shipped a wrong or damaged item, we will provide you with return shipping; otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipment.

      For Vitamin, we can't accept the open bottle.

      If a shipment is damaged in transit a claim is filed with the shipper. The claims process can take from 2 weeks up to 6 weeks. We will always do our best to get your claim processed as quickly as possible, but we do reserve the right to complete the claims process if necessary before reshipping or refund your purchase.

      "usa-angel.com" has built automated systems to ship products as quickly as possible to ensure timely receipt of your order. Also, we built automated systems for buying the postage with comparative and competitive carrier service. We ship the product by paying the shipping label from our system. Our shipping manager can’t ship the product until purchase the shipping label. “usa-angel.com” uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver orders. The item you are ordering dictates which carrier will be used. In most cases, items under 2 lbs are sent using USPS. Larger items will be sent UPS or FedEx ground. All standard deliveries can take 4 to 14 business days to arrive. Please note P.O. Boxes are not eligible for free standard delivery. If you are unable to use a physical address for shipping and use a P.O. Box, an additional shipping charge will be added to your total after the item is added to the shopping cart.
