Kat Von D Vegan Beauty Shake Primer High-Impact Eyeshadow Primer is a liquid eye primer that helps to increase the intensity and wear time of eyeshadow.

Application
Shake well to mix ingredients. Press the button on the bottom of a can to dispense one drop on the fingertip. Massage fingers together and apply on each lid. One drop is sufficient for both eyes. Let dry a few seconds before applying eye shadow.

Aqua/Water/Eau, Isododecane, Hydrogenated Polycyclopentadiene, Glycerin, Tricaprylin, Phenoxyethanol, Black 2 (Ci 77266), Laureth-20, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol.
